View and manage your subscription billing and payment methods
The Slideform Customer Portal is available under Admin on the main menu.
The Customer Portal is only available to Admin users.
The Slideform Customer Portal shows the current subscription, renewal date, payment method, billing address, and invoice history.
To update your payment card on file, click Add payment method and set your new card to Default.
To download a copy of a past invoice, click on the invoice.
To upgrade your subscription: Choose the plan you want on the License page and click Update Subscription. You will be redirected to a checkout page to confirm the new subscription.
To cancel your subscription: Please email support@slideform.co. Your subscription will end at the end of the current billing period.
