View and manage your subscription and payment methods

Sign up for Slideform

To subscribe, an Admin user should go to Admin on the main menu. On the License tab select the desired monthly subscription plan from the dropdown and click Update Subscription.

You will be redirected to a checkout page to confirm the new subscription and enter payment details. 

Important notes:

By subscribing to Slideform, you are agreeing to the Slideform Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must notify Slideform 30 days prior to the desired cancellation date.

Customer Portal (for Current Subscribers)

The Slideform Customer Portal is available under Admin on the main menu. The Customer Portal shows the current subscription, renewal date, payment method, billing address, and invoice history.

The Customer Portal is only available to Admin users.

To update your payment card on file, click Add payment method and set your new card to Default.

To download a copy of a past invoice, click on the invoice.

To upgrade your subscription: Choose the plan you want on the License page and click Update Subscription. You will be redirected to a checkout page to confirm the new subscription.

To cancel your subscription: Please email support@slideform.co. Your subscription will end at the end of the current billing period.
