Connect your own API Key for AI models

You can bring-your-own-key (BYOK) for AI usage in Slideform

 

What is Bring your own key?

"Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) allows Slideform users to connect a personal or corporate API key from providers like OpenAI or Google directly into Slideform. Instead of paying Slideform for AI token usage, you pay for your actual API usage directly to the AI model provider, often resulting in lower costs and greater flexibility. You still pay a fee for Slideform platform usage.

 

How to connect your own API key

  1. In Slideform, go to Settings > API Keys

  2. Click Add API Key

3. Select your service and paste in the API key credentials.

4. Make sure you have billing set up with the AI model provider. Free plans will be exhausted quickly in Slideform. Click OK to save.
