[Output Settings](https://helpcenter.slideform.co/projects?hsLang=en#output-settings) # Customized Notification Emails ## Create a customized email with embedded data and a link to your Slideform report If you want to send Slideform-generated reports directly to clients, stakeholders, or colleagues, you can now customize the email notification. Slideform supports email as an output type, alongside PowerPoint, Google Slides, spreadsheets and documents. Here's how to set up a custom email notification: **1. Create a template for the email using Slideform's AI Assistant.** The template can include brand colors, logos, and placeholders that are found in your Slideform project. Or you can include information that is not found in the project. Save the email template in Slideform.** It will be viewable in the AI Artifacts section. Select the email template in the project's notification settings.** Open your Slideform project and go to the **Settings** tab. Enter the email recipients in the **Email Notifications** box. Map the placeholders to data.** Just like any Slideform template, you need to match data to each placeholder in the email. Any pragmas in the email that are also used in the project will automatically be filled. Generate the project to produce the report and send the notification email.** Click Generate to compile the report and the email will also be sent to your recipients.
