Track your Slideform License and Monthly Usage
Data slide usage at a glance
See how many slide updates you have remaining this month. Go to Admin on the main menu. The License Usage section shows your License limit and the number of slide updates remaining for the current month.
Data slide usage details
The Slideform Metrics data source allows you to access your detailed account usage data.
To answer the question: How many data slides have I used this month? go to Data Sources and Add the Slideform Usage data source.
Once the data source is added, you will see it in your data sources list.
To view a usage summary, open the data source (click Configure) and preview the chart "Number of Data Slides in Month" as shown below.
By default the chart shows the current month to date. You can use the filters to select a different date range.
You can embed this chart into any slide or spreadsheet template, just like any other data source.
AI insight token usage
If you use Slideform's AI Analyst, you can also track usage of your AI tokens. Preview the chart "Number of Insight Tokens in Month" as shown below.
